Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains where and how we ship, how long handcrafted orders take, what shipping costs, and how to track your order. It is part of our Terms of Service. We are based in Puerto Rico and ship across the United States.
1.Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all fifty states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories. We do not currently offer international shipping. For a large or custom order to a destination not listed at checkout, please contact us.
2.Small-batch processing times
Because every soap and candle is handcrafted in small batches, your order needs a little time to be prepared. Most in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within two to five (2–5) business days of order confirmation. During busy periods, holidays, or for popular scents needing a fresh batch, processing may take a few additional days, and we will let you know.
Custom & made-to-order items
Custom and made-to-order pieces (weddings, bautizos, party favors, corporate gifts) are produced specifically for you and have longer lead times, which we will confirm when we arrange your order.
3.Carriers & delivery times
Orders ship via established carriers such as USPS and other reputable couriers, selected by destination and order size. Once your order leaves us, typical in-transit delivery within the continental U.S. is about three to seven (3–7) business days; Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and other territories may take longer. Processing and transit times are separate, and all delivery estimates are estimates only, not guaranteed.
4.Shipping rates & free shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size and weight of your order. Your exact shipping cost is shown before you pay.

The free-shipping threshold is based on the order subtotal before taxes and after any discounts, and applies to standard U.S. shipping. Any expedited or upgraded option is charged separately. Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required.
5.Puerto Rico & U.S. territories
We are proud to be based in Puerto Rico, and we ship to Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories such as the U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam. Delivery to these destinations can take longer than to the continental U.S., and certain expedited services may not be available. The $75 free standard-shipping threshold applies as described above; some remote destinations may have limited carrier options, reflected at checkout.
6.Order tracking
When your order ships, we will email a confirmation to the address you provided, including tracking where the carrier offers it. Please allow up to twenty-four (24) hours after the email for tracking to begin updating. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation in a reasonable time, check your spam folder and then contact us.
7.Lost or damaged in transit
We package every order with care, but once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. If tracking shows a package delayed or lost, or your order arrives damaged, contact us within seven (7) days of the expected or actual delivery date with your order number and, for damage, clear photos. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve it, consistent with our Refund & Returns Policy.
8.Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional charges may apply. If you notice an error right after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.
